Getting the following error when trying to approve an email:

An error ocurred while rendering this email

Other than the fact that "occurred" is spelled incorrectly - anyone know what the deal with this error is?

Looks like this is a universal MKTO problem - just tried to approve an email on a different instance and got the same error.

Can anyone else confirm that they are getting this error?

      hmm, I got this same error over the weekend while trying to approve an email.  A waited about 15 minutes and tried again - with no error.

      Hi Malik,

      As you can probably tell this impacting several instances. I chatted with a support rep and he advised that they are aware of the issue and are currently working to rectify the problem. I didn't receive an ETA or anything on the fix, though.

        Now I'm having issues with sending sample emails.

        Extremely frustrating. Had to send out a time sensitive email without being able to view a sample, and ended up with an error in the email >_<
