Alternatives to MSI

Curious if there are any alternatives to MSI for organizations/teams that have limited MSI licenses. Thinking through this, it seems as though Salesforce Campaigns are the best alternative since you can link email programs to campaigns in SFDC, but this doesn't solve for webpage activity.

The only alternative — and it’s gonna require significant development, though the fruits of it can be impressive — is to extract activities into a separate db regularly & write a service & UI on top of that db.

    Hello,

     

    We currently have MSI licenses but some of the specific requirements are not being met. We have decided to build custom alternative solution using APIs to pull data into CRM. However, it is not very clear if we will have access to Interesting Moments' records, Urgency and Relative Urgency data through APIs, after we remove MSI licenses. Please let us know if anyone has inputs for us, or if anyone does not have MSI and can confirm that above mentioned data is still being available in Marketo and accessible through AIs. 

     

    I would truly appreciate the response!

    IMs, Urgency, and Relative Urgency all require MSI.
