Alternative to REST API for data export into data warehouse?

We are attempting to pull Marketo data into our data warehouse and ran into the 10k API limit. Given that this will be a one-time data pull (at least in volume), is there any way to pull this quickly via batch form by another method? Essentially we just need to marry the Marketo cookie ID with the record ID and our data warehouse can do the rest. Can we access this any other way than API?

You can ask support to have the 10000 limit lifted for the duration of this extraction.  I believe that it is also possible to do a standard export to a .csv file
