Alternative solutions to comments in email templates
Hi all,
After many months using Marketo, I only just discovered that the reason my "responsive" emails are not working is that in my painfully created templates (which I thought were going to be a fantastic time saver), Marketo is stripping out the comments. I was wondering if (apart from abandoning templates), anyone had a solution that allows us to leave comments in the body of an email template without it being removed.
Primarily, I am interested in a solution that will allow me to use the <!--[if mso]> <![endif]--> code. I know that a work around is to manually re-add these when creating individual emails, but I would rather not have to train my marketing team the intricacies of copying and pasting code.
