Allowing Redirect of a PDF/Image

It is very important for our SEO strategy that we can redirect PDFs with rich content back to specific pages on our website. This should be possible via a redirect rule on Marketo server, but it's currently not. 

Marketo, please make this a solution! So many community posts about this. It's crazy we can't redirect files!
