Allow us to change the default "new user" welcome invitation message

Each time we set up a new user in Marketo, we include a custom, detailed welcome message.  It would be more convenient if we were able to modify the default one with our own so that we don't always have to remember to copy/paste the custom message in the "invitation" field.
