Allow to import assets with/despite Snippets or Dynamic content

Currently when importing Programs across instances any asset that contains either one of those will be ignored, thus requiring to manually strip-off all the dynamic content/snippet manually so to be able to move these across.

It would be much better if we could either:

1. Marketo was able to move snippets and dynamic content across instances (Though I would understand that dynamic content might be difficult due to segmentations dependencies)
2. Else being able to move across these assets with a warning that all snippets and dynamic content will be stripped-off during the process
