Allow {{program.name}} to be used as a choice criteria

When the Program tokens were released I was excited that I'd no longer need to store campaign IDs in tokens, since I could just use {{program.name}}.  As I've been building new programs, I've learned that {{program.name}} isn't valid for a Choice evaluation.  If I try to have a Request Campaign with "If Campaign ID IS {{program.name}}" it doesn't work.  Now I need to go back and add back in Campaign ID tokens where I'd removed them or omitted them thinking that I could save time and be more accurate.

This seems to be a defect in the token and the way tokens should be used. I would like to request this issue be addressed so that program tokens can be used for choice evaluations, not just writing data.
