Allow leads to leave a wait step before a certain time

I use the Wait Step functionality a lot for Autoresponder campaigns. What I would like to be able to do is say, wait 1 hour and send this autoresponder as long as it's before 4pm Monday - Friday. I want this autoresponder to look like it's coming from a real person, so if someone fills out a form at 3pm on a Saturday, I want the wait step to hold them until Monday.

Right now if I say Wait 1 hour until 4pm Monday-Friday, the AR does not send until 4pm! If a lead fills out the form at 9am, I want them to receive the AR at 10am, not 4pm!
