Allow for reporting based upon program create date

We are trying to create a view of programs (e.g. SmartCampaigns, Engagement Programs) created over a time period (e.g. week, month, etc.). We are unable to do this within Analytics or RCA. The Schedule shows programs by event date but we are looking to see programs filtered by their Created Date.  Please consider adding this to your reporting package.
