Allow addition of brand colors instead of retyping hex codes

We're looking for a way to store our brand colors in the color palette so we don't have to type the hex code values every time we build something in the Design Studio.

The idea is that we could configure this somehow, maybe in the Design Studio to have a set of colors that the brand frequently uses so we wouldn't have to look up those hex codes any time we want to drop some brand orange in there.

Another suggestion being that if you change a text color in the rich text editor and place a custom color in there and save the box and pull up another box, that custom color doesn't remain cached in those white boxes below "Custom...". It seems like that functionality is supposed to be there but isn't.
