All leads didn't get sent email.

I created an email using a smart list with 6,434 leads, but after I sent the email only 1,775 were sent. 

What is the reason for this? where are the other 4,659 emails?

I also had failed email sends today and haven't heard back from support. Sorry this happened to you, but maybe we aren't alone.
