All emails sent are soft bounced. Test eDMs are not received too.

Hi all, 

Currently facing issues with Marketo not sending any of the test eDMs and my recent eDM campaign that was scheduled has been sent but all the emails have been “soft bounced”

 

Any issue why this is happening? Is there a glitch in the system? All Outlook and Gmails are getting bounced back.

What are the details of the Soft Bounce activity?

Hi Sanford, looks like over night the emails have been delivered even though it soft bounced in the evening. And I’m receiving the test eDMs this morning so could be a delay in Marketo.

Those details look like a temporary platform error, but you should open a support ticket for confirmation. Auto-retrying after a soft bounce isn’t normal.
