All campaigns that use a form

Hi Marketo users,

Is there a way to generate a report that lists all the campaigns using a specific form?

The "Used By" section of a form apparently doesn't show every single instance a form is used in, as I've gone into some campaigns where a form is being used as a Smart Trigger, but it isn't present in the "Used By" list.

No, the "Used By" section is the best you get. You could start an idea that Smart List triggers should show up in the "used by" section, but there isn't anything else.
