Alerts sent to custom address ONLY

I would like the ability to set up alerts that are ONLY sent to the email address I specify and not the Lead or Account Owner.  I do not always want alerts to go to either of these, but I'm forced to pick one or the other.  I know you can add additional email addresses to send to, but there's no way -- at least that I've found -- to stop them from going to either the Lead or Account Owner.

You can do this currently, just set the alert to "None" and enter your custom address on "To Other Emails" line.

Tom's spot on! Another neat idea to consider is using a token in the "Other Emails" field. You get to do some pretty cool stuff :)
