Alerting off of clicks link in email where link is a token?

Is it possible to send internal alert that is triggered when someone clicks link in email, but the link is based on token variable?

When adding constraint "Link" to the "Clicks link in email", the token variable link does not come up in list of links.

The token is not available as a link, because the email that is sent will have an actual link with Marketo tracking on it rather than a token.  If the token will be populated with a limited number of possible URL values, you should enter those values in your filter.
