Alert us if an email gets high unsubscribe rate

Of course, we should always be keeping a close eye on email metrics. But things slip through the cracks. So It would be great if Marketo would push out a notification if a certain threshold were passed, either good or bad. Say an email had an abnormally high unsubscribe rate, or an abnormally high CTR, it would be nice to be proactively alerted so we can take appropriate next step.
