Hi, all,

Haven't been in Marketo for a few years so having some trouble with what is probably a simple question.

I have a form that has required fields : first, last, company name, email address and an optional comments box. We want to use this form as a "contact client support" and therefore I need to create alerts that are sent to specific customer service representatives based on the company name that is filled out into the form.

I attempted to add choices to the alert and to say "if company name is XYZ, ZYD, IELJ" send to joe@company.com, but these company names are not coming up as options and I'm not sure how to add them.

Ideas? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried just typing them in?

I have, yes. I then tested using one of the company names I manually inputted and yet the alert still went to the default option.

You're better off filtering on email domain since there are often many variations of a company name.  For example "Email address CONTAINS @xyz."
