We're a Marketing Agency that have just started working with Marketo.  

Just wondering if there's any help articles in the Marketo University that would help us get our head around what admin type steps we need to have in place with having separate workspaces for each customer in the one Marketo environment & if there are any 'best practice' type articles that talk about intergrating with multiple CRM systems at same time.

Marketing agencies can have multiple Marketo instances to run automation on behalf of their customers. Please contact Marketo Australia or local partners in order to learn the unique aspects of such agreements.

Pleasd keep in mind you can only sync one Marketo to one CRM. Having Marketo multiple instances does not mean you can have one Marketo instance synchronising to multiple CRM systems, no matter they are the same or not (eg. one Marketo instance sync with Salesforce and SAP at the same time).

Integrating multiple CRM systems at same time is not a feature.
To the best of my knowledge that is not planned for the foreseable future.

My understanding is that there is an Marketo Agency Platform in the US where you can link to multiple CRM environments & was curious to know if this is actually true & if yes, how it differs to what we have currently setup & also if it's possible to get this version of Marketo in Australia.
