AEM Forms Fail to push some Data to Marketo

Is any one using AEM Forms to push to Marketo?  We are having issues with the OPTIN Check box (set to mandatory in both Marketo and AEM) inconsistently push the OPTIN Value...and can not figure out why. Ruling out Browsers issues.
