Adwords auto-tagging and PPC tracking?

Hi,

We have to have auto-tagging turned on in Adwords because of conversion tracking. So how can I make it work with Marketo? I can't add custom URL parameters to auto-tagged URLs.

Josh,

Thanks, I got a couple of ideas there, but still not sure how to track all the URLs coming through Bing and Adwords... They also use manual tagging mostly (unless there is a promo code or original referrer).
