Advanced Filters

Hello!

I sent an A/B campaign yesterday to: 

Member of List is MDR

State is not CA

However, the test did not reach all members of the list (I don't think I selected the right settings)

Today, I want to send a copy of the winner to the people on the above list who did not receive the A/B campaign yesterday

So:

Member of List is MDR

State is not CA

Not was sent email "name of campaign"

But this is not producing the correct list. It's showing a very low member count.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
