Just came across this a bit late, but wanted to share a quick note in case you’re still looking.

Most companies generally can’t share sandbox or Marketo instance access externally due to security and compliance reasons. That said, it’s also worth noting that Marketo skills can vary depending on the role — for example, a QE/Operations role tends to require much more hands-on experience with campaign setup, Smart Lists, flows, and troubleshooting compared to broader email marketing roles.

If direct access isn’t available, you can still get solid preparation through Experience League resources, structured practice scenarios, and QE-style exercises around real campaign builds and testing logic.
