Adobe Marketo and Adobe Analytics sync issues

Hi All,

 

We are presently in the process of synchronizing Marketo lead data with Adobe Analytics. To facilitate this synchronization, we must obtain the ECID. We have ensured that all cookies are enabled and configurations are set up on both the Marketo and Adobe platforms, following the guidance provided in the Marketo Docs. Regrettably, despite our efforts, we have been unable to successfully capture the ECID. 

 

Please let me know if anybody has the idea for it's troubleshooting.

Question - are you trying to align audiences using the cookie match? Or are you uploading the data as a customer Attribute?
