Adding Text-Transform options to My Theme

In the new builder, it would be great to able to select text-transform styles (uppercase, lowercase, etc) within a created theme under My Themes instead of having to write in the custom CSS in each template. Having it carry over to every template we make with our theme would be much more efficient. Thank you 😊
