Adding Snippet in Email!

Hi , 

I am trying to use snippet functionality for the first time. I hope it is like Adobe Campaign content fragment where in you need to just change the content in the fragment and all the emails with that fragment will be updated.

In Marketo, I created a snippet.

Entered the HTML and text content both>approved it.

In the email , I have selected the section and replaced with the approved snippet.

Somehow it is taking the html version not the text version?

Why is that?

Am i doing something wrong?

"taking" the HTML version in the Text part of the email?  How are you making sure you're looking at the Text part?

In the email by default we see the text part right?

When you open it and go to html , then you see the html content.

Not in most mail clients: if they support HTML then they're showing you the HTML first.

Hi ,

I am talking about Markero email designer, when I use the snippet…the section in the email takes the Html version of the snippet instead of the text version .
