Adding secure web page URL to Smart Lists

Hi all,

I am trying to create a smart list in Lead Database which will show me who has not filled out a web form but has visited a page on a secure website of ours.

When I set up a “Visited Web Page” filter when I look for the web page URL in the drop down menu I cannot find it but there are lots of other URLs which I do not know what addresses they are for.  

When I manually enter it an error message says “Rule will be ignored: one of more invalid values”. We have Munckin set up on this page so unsure what is happening!

Any suggestions would be very helpful!

Hi Claire,

I'm assuming that the web form isn't a Marketo embedded form, which means you can't track it that way...

At first thought it may be something to do with Munchkin itself - perhaps it's not actually working in that environment for some reason, and therefore not recording those events. You may need to get your developer to take a look at the JavaScript on the page to see if there are any errors occuring.

Let us know how you go with that.

Copy the URL without the https:// and use "contains" instead of "is"
