Adding programe type for already created programe

Hi All,

I've created a programe adding Channel, Auther, Product line etc. while setting up a new programe.

Now i need to perform A/B testing for subject line, for alreay creatred programe earlier, for that i have to select Programe Type as Email. I could not see any option in Setup for the same.

Do i need to creat new programe and select proper program type. Can anyone help me to over come from the issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hiren,

It sounds like you're using an Email Program type, while trying to get Tags which are setup for use with default program types.  Each different type(Event, Default, Email Blast, Event With Webinar) have different sets of tags which apply to them and need to be set up independently for each type.  If you need tags which apply to a Default program type, you can create a default type and then make the Email Program as a local asset of that program.
