Adding new values via Multiple Value Chooser

I am setting up my lead scoring and want to select a few key industries to score on. However, in the Multiple Value Chooser  the "Add New Values" drop down doesn't seem to be mapping 100% to the fields we have in Salesforce. It's only pulling a few industries, not the full list. How do I fix this so that the matching is correct and I'm able to see the full list of industries? Note, we are still using all of the default industries in Salesforce and no customization has been done to-date.

are the picklist values currently the same on both the lead and contact version of this field? Marketo will only see values that existing in both the lead and contact version of this field.
