Adding New Triggers to Activated Smart Campaigns

Hi all,

Once a trigger campaign is activated, can you go back into that same campaign later on and continue inserting new triggers in Smart List tab? Will I need to re-activate the campaign when adding new triggers?

    Thanks!  This isn't an issue even when multiple trigger campaigns are activated monitoring activity in same email?

    Hi Tom,

    The issue is your trigger may fire many times. It can be good or bad, depending on what you want to achieve. You may want to limit the smart campaign to fire only once per hours (unfortunately, there is no possibility to set it to once per X minutes).
