Adding new leads from an Import?

I have the ability with my import to skip new leads and updates.  But I do want to import new leads but skip updates to existing records.  Its only a few hundred records, but that will take a few hours to comb through.  Is there an easy way of doing the import and comparing to the existing database of records and only sync those that are new to SF?

You can do this by enabling the "Block field updates" feature in Admin- described here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KzXY&src=comm

If this is a special case, you can disable it moving forward, but it will allow you to create new values, but won't overwrite what is already present.
