Adding leads to engagement programs

Just to confirm, if a lead is added to an engagement program, he/she will not receive the same emails twice?  What if they enter a different stream of that same engagment program?

It doesn't matter if they jump from stream to stream or engagement program to program. A lead will only get a given eamil once. If you clone an email, but everything in it stays the same, that is technically a different email (and they could get THAT twice)

Yes, also, if you are using emails from other programs, then it is possible the lead already was sent that email, so just keep that in mind.
