Question

Adding email addresses to a nurture program that excludes everyone with that domain

We have a list called the "global exclusion list" that you use in all of our smart lists that keeps people within our company from receiving emails from our engagement program. We would like to subscribe two people from our company to the nurture program without disrupting this list.  Is there a filter that we can use to do this?  How should we go about this?

I'm assuming you have a filter like this for a Smart List of who to exclude:
Email address contains "@xyz.com"

I would add another filter that says:
email address does not contain "joe@xyz.com, bob@xyz.com"

If you have your filters set to "ALL" it should pick up anyone's email address with the domain @xyz.com who is not Joe or Bob.

How are you using that global exclusion list? Is it a filter on some of your campaigns, or just controlling the campaign that adds people to Nurture?

You should be able to directly add them using a flow action Add to Engagement which would bypass any Entry campaigns you have running.
