Adding custom tracking pixels to guided landing pages

Hi, I have several custom tracking pixels I need to place on both a landing and thank you page. Is there a way to easily do this on a guided landing page template. I'd placing the scripts in the body section of both, but not sure how to do that on a guided template. If it's not possible, are there any alternative solutions I can look into?

The guided template would have had to be developed upfront with a field where you can input the scripts. Otherwise you have to go into the HTML, at the template level versus the landing page level.
