Adding Custom Fields to Opportunity Object

I wonder if it’s possible to add custom fields to Opportunity object?

We are building an API integration between Marketo and a in-house CRM and need to include additional date fields into the Opportunity Object. We should be able to add these fields to the CRM system but how do we add them to Marketo?

Support can add these for you.  Be sure to include the Display Name, API name, and Type(Date and Datetime are separate) for each field you're requesting.

You could do this with a Custom Marketo Object.

Hi Chris, how would we link this Custom Object to the default Marketo Opportunity Object? Or, if we create a custom Opportunity Object will we be able to use it with Marketo Analytics (Opportunity Analyzer, Opportunity Columns etc.)

Hi Kenny, is this something Marketo does at extra cost?
