Adding A Title Column to Best Bets

Is there a way to add the column Title to the Best Bets tab? In the same row as Lead, Account, Last Interesting Moment, etc. I am aware of the filtering options available in the Create New View or Edit area, but filtering out all of the titles may be somewhat cumbersome.
