Adding a Mobile View for Landing Pages Release

I had read in the release notes that the mobile view for landing pages was to roll out on Jan. 23. I have watched the video and looked through the instructions several times, but I'm definitely not seeing the mobile tab. Does anyone else have this feature yet, or was this release for select users?

The feature is being gradually released to help us fix any last-second bugs we didn't catch earlier. We can enable it for you early if you submit a support ticket.
