Adding a Field in RCE

How does one add an existing lead field to the "availbe fields" section in any RCE report?   I can pull it a smart list but, don't see the field in RCE.

If you are an admin you can navigate to custom fields sync by select Admin/ RCA / then select the tab, Custom Field Sync and locate the field and enable the sync.  See here

If you've done that already, have you confirmed Marketo Sync in CRM for that field?
