Adding a date stamp

I've created a field called MQL Date/Time Stamp that will popluate once a lead reaches the status of Marketing Qualified. How do I get this field to populate with a date stamp once the status is reached?

I'm trying to create a smart campaign, but can't figure how to create the date stamp.

Your smart list would consist of a trigger, "Data Value Changes" - "Status" --> New Value "Marketing Qualified".

The flow would have a "Data Value Change" --> "MQL Date Stamp" --> {{system.date}}
