Adding a contact to a Marketo Campaign from Dynamics

I am having issues trying to get contacts added to Marketo Campaigns from Dynamics. There are products docs to show how to actually add a contact to a marketing campaign from Microsoft Dynamics, but I don't have any campaigns showing up in my list. With emails you have to choose to publish to Sales Insight from the Marketo in order for them to show up, but do you have to do the same thing for campaigns that I am not finding?

In order for a campaign to be eligible for use from Dynamics, you need to have the trigger "Campaign is Requested" with a source of "Marketo Sales Insight" in the smart list of the campaign.
