Add tracking code to head tag

Can I add a facebook (or similar) conversion tracking code to the <head> tag of a Marketo landing page/thank you page? I've tried dragging in the html block but that doesn't work.

I would suggest placing all tracking code just before the closing body tag, ideally at landing page template level.
Marketo and Google Analytics are classical examples.

That would ensure the browser renders the page quickly and, if a JavaScript occurs, it does not cause any adverse effect on the content.

Thank you Breno. Is there a way to do this without accessing the Design Studio/Template?
