Add to campaign from salesforce not working

My reps are telling me that when they try to add leads to marketo campaigns in Salesforce it doesn't add them to the campaign, instead it brings them to their sales insights screen.

Any thoughts?

I should clarify, the reps are trying to add folks to salesforce campaigns, not marketo campaigns... it's odd it's taking them to sales insights.

That seems very weird. Is it happening multiple users and have you replicated it in different browsers?

Yep, I just had them try in other browsers. No dice.

Can I also confirm that what they are actually trying to achieve isnt meant to have any involvement with MSI or Marketo. They are trying to select people in Salesforce and add them to a Salesforce campaign?

Yes, it's very odd. We asked our salesforce admin and he is unsure why it's happening.
