Add Radio Button to a Marketo Form

We're in the proceess of inviting people to request either a product Demo or Health check of a certain application. As opposed to using two forms and/or using two landing-registration pages we'd like to do it on a single page and single form, but have seperate flows to process the two distinct options.

Can anyone give us advice on how to do that? Is it as simple as creating a new field in SFDC? If we do that, will the value show up as an option in the "Add Constraint" menu?

Anyone who has any insights will be greatly apperciated.

Hi Keith,

You can certainily have a single page and form for each of those requests using one field. Something like this:
Please select your interests:
Product Demo
Health check of a certain application

Then create separate smart campaigns triggers to send them down the different workflows based on selection.

In terms of creating a new field in SFDC and/or just Marketo, it all depends on if you need that data in SFDC or not. If the data isn't needed in SFDC, then you can create a custom field in Marketo.
