Add program tag columns to Program Performance report

We can filter on program tags in Prog. Perf reports, but we cannot display the tags. Only the channels appear in a column.

Of course, this is feasible in RCE, but not all customers have access to RCE.

So what we would need is that program tags appear as additional columns in program perf reports. Each tag would give birth to 1 column.

On the report setup, it should be possible to choose whether the tag columns are displayed in the report.
