Add "New Test" to email local asset in program type Email

Hi all,

I created a program of type Email but did not use the Control Panel interface. I realised I am unable to add a "New Test" to local assets as I would with a program of type Default. Has anyone come across this restriction and found a workaround?

Hi Ersel,

The Champion Challenger test type is designed for normal email sends outside of the Email Blast program type, so it is unavailable in the context of an Email Blast program.  I'm curious what your use case for this would be, however.  How would you intend to use this in an Email Blast/AB Test program?

Thanks Kenny.

I'd created the Email Blast program type instead of Default for reporting purposes and wanted to add A/B testing as I normally do with normal email sends. I think I need to re-create the program as Default type to do this.
