Add more Advanced TIME Filter options eg. 'Is Equal To Today +', 'Is Equal To Today -'

I would like to suggest some more TIME filter options such as eg. 'Is Equal To Today +', 'Is Equal To Today -', 'Is Anniversary of' (see attachment for more suggestions).

Reason is that Marketo is unable to create a smart-list on customers for the following scenario:

• I am looking for a Smart-list that shows me all person/companies with an ACTIVE opportunity with the End-date in 180 days
• One person/company can have multiple ACTIVE opportunities
• Each opportunity has an End-date
