Add default values for other lead fields in the admin-> salesforce sync options

It is possible to add some default values for the Lead Last Name and Lead company Name in the Admin->Salesforce->Sync Options. These 2 fields are the minimum requirements for any lead insertion in SFDC.

But it may happen that, on some salesforce instances, some other fields have been made mandatory. We can of course set them using smart campaigns. But 2 issues here :

  1. Smart campaigns my not occur quickly enough so that they complete before the first sync
  2. It means we count on users to set the correct values, which sometimes may prove hazardous (e.g when we need to set a record type ID).

So it would be better if we could add some fields in this admin section and set the default values for them.
