Add custom field creation to Audit Trail

We've come across a few custom fields which have been created, which no one knows the business case for. Ideally, there is governance, permission and a data dictionary in place to have control over how fields are created. In the event that a custom field has not been added to a data dictionary, it would be beneficial to know who created so the Marketo admin can inquire the field's use case.
