Add a functionality to track "Blocked Fields" more easily

I would like to suggest that there should be a functionality in Field Management (Field Actions) to track all the "Blocked Fields" as well as the "Block Updates From:".

As of now, we have to go to each and every field to check if it is blocked from updates or not. And this whole process consumes a lot of time.

Also, some functionality can be added to the "Export Field Names", so that someone can easily track the complete list of blocked fields from that document.
