Add a dropdown to a custom field in form on Marketo's Lead Info tab

Hi all,

I have added in some custom lead fields to Marketo via Admin > Field Management. When I open up the lead detail screen I can see these fields in the form there. I would like one of the fields to be a dropdown to let the user select one of 7-9 canned values for that field.

How can I do this?

Generally only the Admins should be able to change data here. If the field is alraedy a picklist or has values, you do not have to do anything to generate a drop down. It will just do it.

I've found that the Custom tab works less well than the other tabs. You can also drop in any value you want and it should match after a few secs.
